This shilajit has helped me immensely. Actually it started for me as soon as I took the drops. For Canada it is better to receive from the UK it takes much longer for the West coast but no duties, taxes. From the USA 50% duties.

I have only been using for about 2 weeks but have noticed less brain fog and perhaps a little more energy. I take mine in a spoonful of honey daily.
