How It's Sourced and Purified
K2 Healing Shilajit was founded by Anwar ul Haq, a mining engineer (UET Lahore) from Gilgit-Baltistan. The raw resin is collected from high-altitude regions of Gilgit-Baltistan with local mountain communities, then purified through multi-stage filtration, UV and ultra-filtration, and slow, low-temperature drying. Suggested Use
Dissolve a small pea-sized amount in warm water, tea or milk once a day. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before use.
